Candidate vote counts are checked against the Interior Ministry’s historical result tables. Every round has its own denominator; independent candidacies remain independent even when endorsed by a party. Other affiliation labels are election-era labels. No ideological assessment is inferred. The Constitutional Court annulled the 22 May runoff on 1 July 2016. The April first round remained valid. These ballot counts are retained as annulled historical returns, with no elected or advanced candidate.
