Coerced single-list ballot under the Nazi dictatorship. The only approved list consisted of NSDAP members and approved non-party guests; seats are list seats, not an assertion that every member belonged to the NSDAP. Published approval figures do not demonstrate democratic legitimacy. Supplementary election in the annexed Sudeten territory, not a new nationwide election: 41 additional mandates enlarged the 814-member chamber to 855. Of 2,492,108 valid ballots, 27,427 were No votes.
