Ireland presidential election 1952

Ireland elections · 1952 · held

Seán T. O'Kelly returned unopposed; no poll was held.

Results: final · partial coverage · Unopposed return; no ballots cast

Only one valid nomination remained. The candidate was declared elected without a poll; votes, vote share and turnout therefore do not apply. Only the election year is asserted: a planned polling day or inauguration is not substituted for the unopposed declaration.
