Unreported votes, turnout and seats remain blank. The runoff took place on 8 February, with postponed voting in affected localities on 15 February. Counts reproduce the published national certification. CNE flags omissions of 5,347 candidate votes, 68 blank/invalid ballots and registration discrepancies in the underlying general tabulation; those observations are not silently added to the certified figures.
