The President was chosen by the Communist-controlled Great National Assembly, not by a nationwide popular presidential ballot. The office was established in 1974. The selected candidate is recorded, but votes, turnout and vote share remain null because attendance and exact ballot totals are unverified. This is partial numerical coverage, not an outstanding live election.
