Direct election by absolute majority of valid votes; if no candidate wins a majority, the two leading candidates contest a separate runoff. Five-year term. Turnout: 721,894 voters / 1,713,473 eligible voters. Ballots cast 721,801; invalid 9,255; valid 712,546. Candidate shares use only this round. Proposer labels retain election-era support and do not imply party membership. Turnout is calculated from voter counts, rather than the inconsistent rounded percentages in the retrospective overview.
