The president is elected directly by an absolute majority of valid votes. If no candidate obtains more than half, the two leading candidates contest a separate runoff; each round has its own denominator.

Vote shares are calculated from 413,177 valid candidate votes. 424,475 ballots were cast; 11,298 ballots were outside the valid-vote denominator. Turnout is ballots cast divided by 524,073 registered voters.

Both runoff candidates are recorded. The EU final annex reports 2,015 blank and 9,283 invalid ballots. The registration denominator changed between rounds; no first-round percentage is mixed into this table.

Colours are editorial identifiers. No numeric ideology scores or unsupported election-era ideology links have been assigned.
